Dear Potential Players,

Our basketball team is a non-profit club organization that travels to basketball tournaments throughout California. We create a stepping stone for young athletes that want to improve their basketball skills.  The Ventura County Pirates focus on teamwork, attitude, and dedication while teaching strong fundamentals and assertive play. These are all characteristics we believe that will help these players succeed in both business and life.  Our other goal is to prepare the athletes for high school competition.

We play two to three tournaments a month and we practice a couple times a week at our local middle school gyms.   

The Ventura County Pirates Basketball Club is striving to build an excellent program for athletes to excel not only in basketball, but also in the classroom. Our goal is to field the most fundamental team possible with players that have great sportsmanship and spirit.
